Mutilate File Wiper
As we move further and discover this right program, it's clear that it really
does differ from those described above.
The very nice thing about it is the easier process of picking the files
you want to destroy. Still, the selection has to be manual, but one would
find it rather waster to find the necessary files since it has a nice
browsing feature installed. Check it out on the screenshot.

In the left box you point a folder and see the list of all the files it
consists in the right one. You can pick the files you want to destroy and
click 'Mutilate'. But you have to be careful, since it doesn't distinguish
which files are trash and which are not. If you are not cautious, you can
destroy the system file.
Also, the feature of typing in the full path is installed.

Plus, the software lets users to select the different security level: normal,
high or intense. Also one can select the custom level and specify the number of
overwriting passes. Though the program doesn't conform to any of the well-known
deletion methods.
The users' reviews are positive but they warn others about being
cautious. One user deleted some important dll file that lead to one other
utility's termination.
Unfortunately, Mutilate File Wiper overlooks the need to clear up other
traces on your system such as online and offline tracks. Users looking to
securely delete specific files should give this one a go for $20 at
